Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- Salt to Taste
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Ketchup
Directions
- Brown the ground beef and onion until brown
- Add water and simmer for 5 or 6 minutes
- Then add brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup
- Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes until most of the juice is cooked down and it is the consistency you would like
- Freeze leftovers and add a little water when thawed
