Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef, extra lean
  • 1 Pound Italian Sausage
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon  Garlic Salt
  • 3 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Dash Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2/3 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 400°F
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Mix until evenly blended.
  • Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs, and place onto a baking sheet or large casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 20 to 25 minutes.
